Terms
The ground rules.
Last updated October 15, 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and And Then We Dance when you use the website or app. We've kept them as plain as we can. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Who can use it
You need to be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for what happens in your account.
Your content
Everything you add, including your plans, notes, images, and files, stays yours. You give us permission to store, copy, and display it only as needed to run the service for you and the people you invite. Please only upload content you have the right to use, and only add other people's information (such as guests and vendors) when you have a reasonable basis to.
Planning together
You decide who joins your events and what they can do. Invitation links work once for one person, but anyone you share a link with can use it, so send them only to people you trust. The owner of an event can change roles, remove people, or hand the event to someone else.
Please don't
- break the law, or use the service to harass, deceive, or spam anyone;
- upload anything harmful, such as malware, or content you don't have the right to share;
- try to get into accounts or events that aren't yours, or interfere with how the service runs;
- copy or resell the service.
Guidance, not guarantees
Suggestions, timelines, budget figures, and vision checks are there to help you decide. They're estimates and ideas, not professional, financial, or legal advice. We aren't part of any agreement you make with vendors or venues, and we aren't responsible for their services, prices, or availability. Confirm the details that matter directly with them.
The service
We work to keep And Then We Dance available and your plans safe, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Features may change over time. Please keep your own copies of anything critical, such as contracts.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Ending things
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and we'll tell you why when we can. If we ever close the service, we'll give you reasonable notice to save your plans.
Changes and the law
We may update these terms. If changes are meaningful, we'll tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
